Charles Hyde provides a retail mail order service to non trade customers who have
difficulty obtaining a spare electronic part from their own local retailer. We will identify
your requirement and in most cases we will offer you a price inclusive of delivery and
VAT for any part that you may require. This service is offered primarily to supply
Instruction Books, Remote Controls, Flaps and other easily fitted external parts.
We strongly advise non trade customers that parts for internal use must be fitted
by an engineer. Parts often fail because of a related component failure and correct
diagnosis is the only way to begin to carry out a successful repair.
We are not prepared to exchange internal parts if we believe that unqualified fitting
has been employed.
